The landscape of work has shifted. The Great Resignation, with employees voluntarily resigning from their jobs en masse, coupled with macro economic factors driving organizational changes resulted in a landscape unlike what we’ve seen before. Unfortunately, the data shows that organizations continue to push against growing employee empowerment.
BIPOC reported that their workplace has a long way to go toward a culture of well-being. Solutions involve thoughtful and inclusive resources, transparency, pay parity, employee sponsorship, community-building, and expanded networks, among others. With clear data, insights, and actionable recommendations, our objective is to help pave the way for real change.
