NOTE: This review has spoilers from the end of The Damaged, so if you haven’t finished that book, you may not want to read the next three paragraphs.

The heroine: Bailey Hayes - She’d been nearly kidnapped more than once because she is the illegitimate daughter of one of the biggest tech billionaire’s in the world. Her family has gone through some huge changes but things had been looking up for a minute there. Until everything fell all around her when the cabin they were in was bombed.

The Hero: Kashton Colello - He is the grandson and only living relative of Calhoun Bastien, one of the richest and most powerful men in the world with ties to the mafia. Calhoun had wanted to get to know Cash, but on finding out that Kash was not interested, Calhoun decided to destroy him instead. He did something seriously bad hoping that Bailey would blame Kash and start to hate him.

The Story: The last book not only ended in a huge cliffhanger, but also introduced a new character. Just who is Chase Bastian and what is he going to do in this book? Obviously he has the same last name as Calhoun. Was he raised by Calhoun or does Calhoun not know about him? Is he Kash’s uncle or brother? Who kept him hidden all this time? I certainly won’t be telling.

Tijan did a great job giving an overview of the first two books at the beginning of this one for those of us that read them more than a few months ago. I love that, since I read a book a day or more which puts well over 100 books between the time I read The Damaged and the time I started this one. I hate it when I am struggling to figure things out in a book because unlike Bailey, I don’t have photographic memory.

I really enjoyed Bailey’s story from the very beginning and I think her and Kash have a ton of chemistry. I liked Bailey as a person and just loved the relationships with her half siblings. There are so many great characters, in this series that it has been fun to read. I love Kash, he is an extremely wealthy man in his own right and such a manly man who can do almost anything. He is certainly a take charge kind of guy and is perfect for Bailey.

“Stay and love your woman or leave and kill your grandfather. What a choice to make.” He gave me some side-eye. “But you’re not infringing on Team Batt. We can do Team Katt or you can do Team Kailey. There’s no Team Bakatt.”

This book had a lot of action and intrigue. I loved the story and the fact that Bailey and Kash were a couple but didn’t get boring. I kind of hate it in books when the main couple finally gets together and admits that they love each other and everything is lovey dovey and boring after that. And absolutely loved how Kash was so supportive and kind to Bailey without being too over the top.

I enjoyed the fact that these two still had monsters to slay and things to do which kept the story interesting throughout. Also I was so glad that a question I had since the beginning of The Insiders was finally answered about halfway through this book.

I voluntarily read & reviewed an advanced copy of this book. All thoughts & opinions are my own.

Book 3 in The Insiders Trilogy ~ absolutely not a standalone. Definitely must read The Insiders and The Damaged first.

Featuring ~ dual 1st person POV, tech genius, billionaire, steamage

Bailey & Kash
We begin with how Bailey is dealing with the aftermath of the shocking cliffhanger from the last book ~ non spoiler alert, she's not taking it well.
Quinn's court proceedings from what she did in book 1 is going on with a few other separate story lines. It was action packed with a few shocking zingers that I was happy with.

Overall, a great conclusion to the trilogy with a nice progression epilogue. I enjoyed this one more than the first two.

I was lucky enough to have both an audio copy and a kindle copy. Both were fine.
Narration:
Emma Galvin & Joe Arden ~ 10 hours 17 minutes ~ I loved Joe, more than Emma, but overall both did a fine job.

This was intense!! It starts out with so much angst and pain. My heart was aching for Bailey and the loss she was dealing with. I loved how Kash was right beside her, giving her what she needed and ensuring that the rest of the family was doing the same when the situation merited it. I love him even more for his responses!

What followed took me completely by surprise. I was not expecting much of what happened and I could not look away. Soon I was so caught up in it all that I was turning the pages as quickly as possible.

This is filled with twists and turns and more punch than I ever expected! What a great read in every way!

"Grief was a cycling tornado. It hit and it hit hard. It left a trail to recuperate afterwards. You recuperated, and then it swung back again for destruction."

The Revenge, the third book of The Insiders trilogy starts with Bailey struggling to come to terms with witnessing the murder of her mother and with finding out the true identity of her father. Meanwhile, Kash was on a mission to search for and kill his grandfather, a man of pure evil. Throughout it all, his love for Bailey never faltered and continued to burn with a fierce passion. She had always been his weakness and that drove everything he did.

While I would recommend reading this as a full trilogy, I haven't read the others in the series and I was able to catch myself up to speed with everything going on. And there were so many layers to unravel. Fast paced, this book was full of danger and intrigue, with unexpected twists and turns at every corner, each unveiling secrets and lies. Control and power battled with the fight for freedom as alliances and allegiances were formed. Who could be trusted? More importantly, could the love between Bailey and Kash survive all the challenges and threats thrown their way?

Throughout the suspense and the often surprising turn of events, the love between Bailey and Kash never lost steam. I loved how they could really see each other deep down into their souls, breaking down walls and letting the intensity of their love shine through. There was a perfect amount of angst and I never doubted this couple belonged together. I was so drawn to Kash, intimidating and dangerous with the power to kill if necessary, yet exposing vulnerability when it came to Bailey. I could feel the depth of Bailey's emotions and pain as she worked through her grief to find her way back to being herself again. I loved her relationships with her siblings and would have liked to see that explored even more. Her brother Matt was such a great character and was one of my favorite people throughout. I would love to see him get his own story. And her sister Seraphina was just so sweet and loving and she pulled at my heartstrings.

The first part of the story moved somewhat slowly for me, perhaps since I was learning what I had missed in the previous two books. I wasn't sure I wanted to continue reading but the last third was a roller coaster of suspense and I was loving every minute of it. I was blown away by some of the things that were happening and the book was written well so I read this faster than expected. I did feel as if the suspense overshadowed the romance but maybe it was developed more thoroughly earlier in the trilogy. The focus here was instead aimed at what people would do and the choices they would make to protect those they love and that was such a great message to send out, making this book an overall enjoyable read.

"You know where my anchors are, because I’m always going to come back for them, for the people I love."

Talk about packing a punch! I can't believe how much happened in this last and final book and I loved everything about it.

Kash is one of my favorite heroes. I like his intensity and how loyal he was to Bailey. And Bailey was a pretty awesome heroine. I like how chill she was about Kash and the things he needed to do to keep them all safe. These two were rock solid and worked together against anything that got in their way. I love that!

The story itself was enthralling. This whole series has been a very easy read because it just pulls you in and you can't wait to turn the page to see what happens next. There is no dull moment ever.

Every time I finish a Tijan book, I instantly want to find another one of hers and start reading it. This series will be a re-read favorite for sure!

Very nice conclusion to an enthralling series. The plot is suspenseful and engaging and love story between Bailey and Kash was entertaining and heart felt. It was angsty and heartbreaking and full of drama and I liked it.
Overall, it was an enjoyable read with a satisfying conclusion.

This ending to this series was everthing, the sorrow and cliffhanger left you in awe. Bailey had attemps to be kidnapped once? twice? Oh yeah three times now she has lost the one person who's been her rock from day one. How can anyone survive being Peter's daughter or Kash one true love with all the anguish and attention that comes with it. Now a new player has been introduce Chase Basitian or is he new. Bailey knows something that is in the back of her mind that is trying to unfold, especially since she is a genius and has a photogentic memory. Who is Chase? If you read back/pay attention to 1st book The Insiders you will know!!!!

Kash is the hero you love and Bailey is the heron right by his side no matter what the battle is Bailey will hack her way to be by her man side and he always supported her in ways that he knew would bring her back to him always. They gave each other the space they needed to be the unique them that made "Them" as a couple even better.

This has been by far my FAVOURITE book from The Insiders Trilogy!
This is what I missed from the first two books…the Tijan touch *Bliss*
The Revenge is intense and I loved every moment of it.
Bailey is a genius. Literally. Hahaha
But all things aside, I really like Bailey. She’s unique..a little difficult to understand her at times. She tends to follow in the beat of her own drum but all these things makes her uniquely Bailey.
I LOVE Kash. Kash Colello is intimidating, protective, dangerous and incredibly sexy. But I think what I loved most about the way Tijan wrote Kash is that, though he may seem infallible, he does make mistakes and boy does that make this character SO REAL.
The chemistry between Kash and Bailey is so good! I love the way Kash loves Bailey. I loved reading the scenes between them…it was endearingly sweet at times, frustratingly angsty at the other and definitely super sexy.

The Revenge is dramatic, suspenseful and extremely steamy. The twists and revelations were shocking! I didn’t see it coming and that in itself made me giddy cause let me tell you, I have been reading way too many books where I could see “the dramatic revelation” from a mile away.

The personalities of the characters, be it the main or the secondary characters, the plot line, the pace of the story..everything about this book makes for one definite page turner.

The Revenge is the third and final book in The Insiders romantic suspense trilogy. These books should be read in order as it's a continuing story.

Once again we get both the male and female POV (Bailey and Kash - 1st person POVs).

Bailey is a computer genius/hacker. Kash is her rich alpha male boyfriend. This series is quite sexy. Although to me this book was less sexy than the others.

The book focuses a lot on Bailey grieving. And this was difficult to read (as I am going through the same thing).

The second half was more exciting. And I really enjoyed all of the fun reveals. Overall the ending was very good!

Holy moly- what a twisting and captivating conclusion! The Revenge is everything I wanted and more. Suspenseful, angsty, steamy, and completely engrossing- the perfect combination of fast paced action, twisting and turning mystery, and heartfelt romance. Definitely my favorite of the series!

This series has really been a sleeper hit for me- with each book drawing me in more and more. With every passing page, the addiction to Bailey and Kash has grown, and in this finale, we see them tested by external enemies while growing more and more solid in their own connection and love. It’s one thing I love most about Tijan’s series- once she builds a strong and secure tether between her leading loves, she allows them to grow into their love, instead of apart. Their story begins after the epic cliffhanger of book 2, and from there Tijan unfurls a riveting and intricately penned plot at a breakneck pace. Kash and Bailey’s road to their happy ending requires a lot of heartache and challenge. They have to face their own demons, their own pains, while also continuing to face the external forces that challenge them, including Kash’s own family.

SO MANY TWISTS! SO many secrets and unexpected turns! It makes for a truly suspenseful and action packed finale that had me on edge and rapidly turning the pages. Paired perfectly with the ever evolving core romance, the sweet and tender that juxtaposes with all the intrigue and drama. Kash and Bailey’s relationship and chemistry has only grown richer through the series- the passion, their emotional connection, their intimacy. IN this finale we really get to see them find an equilibrium as partners, and while we have some real heartache, seeing them support one another is the best part of the story. Bailey faces loss that breaks her, and Kash shows up for her in ways that are all kinds of Tijan-swoony. He’s the supportive, loving, protective Tijan bookboyfriend that makes hearts and pantiest melt. And, we get plenty of steam too.

Hang on tight- this finale is a wild ride, but as always, Tijan delivers an epically entertaining and sweetly heartfelt romance. The suspense, the mystery, the angst, the SWOON! Another great Tijan series, and one that I can’t wait to return to!

The final book in the trilogy and did not disappoint. Surprises, surprises and more surprises. So intense! Bailey is dealing with a loss and struggles intensely. Charged, crafty, and alluring!

The Revenge is a captivating, action-packed tale that picks up right where The Damaged left off, with Bailey continuing to struggle with her grief over the sudden, tragic loss of her mother and Kash continuing his relentless pursuit of the one man consumed with taking him down, his cold, calculated maternal grandfather.

The writing is tight and intense. The characters are suffering, committed, and determined. And the plot is an enticing mix of friendship, family, danger, drama, heartbreak, revenge, support, desire, and love.

Overall, The Revenge is the third and final story in The Insiders Trilogy, and even though it’s a little bittersweet to say goodbye to the characters I’ve come to know and love over these past three novels, it is nevertheless a satisfying ending to an entertaining series that I highly recommend and will undoubtedly miss.

Loved this book and series!

I have absolutely loved reading The Insiders Trilogy by Tijan and after reading the first two books, I could not wait to read the final book. So as soon as I got my hands on the final book, The Revenge, I could not wait to start reading it. I was not ready for it! I loved it. I devoured it. From the very beginning, it was a wild ride that kept me at the edge of my seat. We pick up after the events of book two and the family is devastated and worried about Bailey. For Kash, Baily is everything and he will do whatever it takes to protect those he loves. He is determined, smart and calculating. Though Bailey is grieving and feeling lost, she is ready to take on their enemy. Everything is at stake.

I do not want to give anything away or spoil the previous books, but I want to express how much I have loved this series. It was full of surprises, twists, and turns. Just as we think we have a handle on what is going on, we are slammed with something new. Kash is determined to stay two steps ahead. One thing I really loved was how the family came together. I loved not only this book, but the entire series and highly recommend it.

Happy reading!

One of my favorite trilogies is complete and it feels really sad to think I won't have more Kash and Bailey to look forward to. This is the kind of series you sit and read in one go, don't be like those of us that started over a year ago and have remained hooked, waiting for the next release, ever since. Bailey is the awkward, illegitimate daughter of the biggest tech billionaire and, thanks to a failed kidnapping attempt, she's discovered her photographic memory and hacking skills are all thanks to him. While forgiveness takes time, the bonds she builds with her family, and with her assigned handler, and later lover, Kash, are what takes this story from purely suspense to romantic suspense. It's fast paced, with Kash's evil grandfather out for blood and Kash, in return, out for revenge. In-between though, we see sibling bonding, relationships blossoming, and a lot of entertaining debauchery.

Like many of Tijan's works, The Insiders Trilogy, and specifically The Revenge, are written in a very contemporary way. You read the story, reciting lines as though you are there, a character on the pages. Tijan takes you right into the scene, giving you the perspective of Bailey and Kash as they fall in love and fight for freedom for themselves and those around them. The Revenge is the closure, the impact we've all been waiting for, and Tijan delivers.

I am struggling to admit, though, that The Revenge was just not...it for me. The writing felt hurried, far more dialogue based than the previous two novels, and things are tied up so quickly. Bailey lost a lot of her spark, their relationship felt like it was purely search - rescue - screw, and don't get me started on how much more I wanted from the Chase storyline. I am so glad to have the whole story, all three books, in my hands, but I wish The Revenge had the same spark of the previous two titles.

For a series that truly gave me PLL vibes from the cover, I am LOSING it. Overall, it is not without some faults. I found that there was a massive lack of communication and the amount of craziness going on warranted some talking, especially between Kash and Bailey.

I loved the Hayes/Francis family so much. The kids were so cute but I felt like for the number of characters we had, we lost the connection between Bailey and them in this one. I know we had bigger fish to fry, so it made a little sense, but I would've enjoyed a scene with them towards the end of this one.

I read this series so quickly and I'm glad I got my hands on this ARC and could close it out this weekend. The writing was enjoyable and the story was exciting. I loved each of our characters and would be so happy to see them get their own series after this one because I think there is a lot that can be done with all of them. There is enough action, romance, and family drama to pull you into the story and beyond that, I just think this book does a great job of keeping you intrigued. The pacing between book one and three is believable and I don't think anything felt rushed or lacking.

The ending was a long time coming. Calhoun was a trash can of a human being and every new secret that came out about him made the ending much more anticipated.

I’ve been waiting for the conclusion to Bailey and Kash’s story! There are plenty of twists and turns throughout this story.

The first half the story felt like it was kind of dragging at times to me, especially for a third book in a trilogy. However, the story did pick up. There were a lot of loose ends to wrap up and they do eventually get there.

I loved Bailey throughout this series. I love that after what happened to her in the previous book, she turned that into fuel for revenge. Sure, she had moments where she was done, but she turned it all around. She is a strong character. I also adore her relationship with her brother, Matt. Kash is amazing, like always. I love how the cares about Bailey and it only grows stronger throughout this book.

I adored the epilogue, it was super sweet to see into the future for Kash and Bailey.

If you’re looking for a romantic suspense this trilogy is one to check out.

I got this via Netgalley and then completely forgot that I had bought books 1-2 so here I am a year later reading this one lol!

I thought this was okay. There was a lot going on. i don't think it would be best to try and read it as a standalone but I cant tell you how to live your life :-D

Kash is EV.ER.Y. THING. The way he loves and protects Bailey is HAWT.
This is SPICY which i like, I know others don't so there you go.

Overall it was okay, everything from the previous stories is wrapped up so that was nice.

Wow, what a great ending to a trilogy! This was my favorite by far. And if you’re wondering you can read this as a stand-alone but I highly recommend reading all 3.
This had action, mystery and several huge surprises I didn’t see coming. It also had a special romance ending. 😊

4.5 stars. 𝙼𝚈 𝚃𝙷𝙾𝚄𝙶𝙷𝚃𝚂: I absolutely love this trilogy! I highly recommend that you read the books in order, and not jump to this one as The Insiders and The Damaged do end in cliffhangers.

This series has me hooked on romantic suspense books! I love how I am trying to guess the plot/twists throughout the entire series. The Revenge really threw me for a loop with the twists though. The MCs (Bailey and Kash) have the best chemistry and don't get me started on those spicy scenes! 🥵

*this e-arc was sent to me by the publisher to give an honest review in return*

This was such an amazing finale to the series. I’m so glad to have picked up this trilogy as it’s a billionaire contemporary romance that I have always needed but never knew until now. I have rated all three books 5 stars because Tijan knows how to write and gives the readers what they want. There are so many twists and turns, also humor and past trauma that just goes all together in this book. In this book, all of your questions will be answered and readers will get the ending that they always wanted but never get. So with the writing, I would like to state that the pacing was fast but the story flowed and there are so many scenes that are memorable. I felt that this book was shorter in length to the first one as I finished it really fast. I obviously had no writing problems with this book and enjoyed everything about it.

Our MC’s are still Bailey and Kash. Both go through so much as Bailey just lost someone and was almost kidnapped while Kash is trying to keep everyone safe and getting his grandfather killed. I love how much both characters grew throughout the novel. Bailey tried to get over her grieving which was super hard for her and focused on getting revenge while Kash had to make many choices and became more vulnerable to Bailey. The side characters are still the same from the first two books and I enjoyed how involved Matt was in this book. I honestly want books with side characters. This book wasn’t heavenly focused on romance but it had some. It was more focused on revenge with love then just love.

The ending was really good and we got an epilogue which was just what I needed. The epilogue helped with us not having an open ending but a very closed one with what happened after the revenge. It’s an epilogue that readers always want after the series ends. I truly enjoyed this trilogy and am so glad to have gotten to read these books because they were all 5 star reads. I honestly have no idea what to read next because I need more Kash and Bailey in my life.

"I'll never stop seeing you"

What a crazy, twisted ending! Bailey has been on a roller coaster ride and has no idea who she can fully trust. Kash is trying to protect his family and end his estranged grandfather's diabolical plans. Tons of shocking reveals and lists of suspects in the conclusion of The Insiders trilogy. My emotions were on edge and I never knew when a betrayal was coming. And the insane secrets! OMG! When I thought I finally had a grasp on what was going on, the ol' Tijan switcheroo happened and made me rethink everything. Definitely an entertaining page turner until the very end.

4 stars. If you thought that by book 3, you’d have everything figured out… you clearly haven’t read Tijan before. The Revenge is just as a much of a rollercoast as the previous 2 books, and is a great end to this fun trilogy (though I’d totally love if she wrote more stories in this series that followed some other characters… she def left the door open for that).

The Revenge is book 3 in the Insiders Series, and you absolutely must read the preceding books first. I’m writing this review as if you read books 1 and 2, so if you don’t want any spoilers from those books, stop reading. The Revenge picks up right where The Damaged leaves off… with Bailey reeling over her mother’s murder. I’m not going to lie, it takes 50+% of the book for us to get the old Bailey back, but that’s also totally understandable under the circumstances. If she bounced back quicker, it wouldn’t be believable. Kash is still trying to figure out a way to bring down his grandfather, and Quinn is finally be tried for her kidnapping of Bailey in The Insiders book 1. Tijan throws a lot at us in this book, and while it isn’t always the most believable, it was completely shocking. I had no idea what was going to happen next, and if I’m honest, I suspended belief with this series early on, so I didn’t mind whether the surprises were realistic or not. All I cared about was that Tijan had me on the edge of my seat the entire time. I really enjoyed this series and I loved the characters. If I’m honest, Matt may have stolen the show a bit in this one. It was amazing to have a character like him be able to bring some levity to what would otherwise be emotionally heavy scenes. All in all, I def recommend this series. Fans of Tijan’s will not be disappointed.

I did receive an ARC of this from the publisher in exchange for my review. Thank you so much Tijan and St Martin’s Griffin
