Hey! I'm Raul, a minimalist entrepreneur behind Sunergos (https://www.facebook.com/sunergos.ro/) — a small family company bootstrapped in 2017.

I've worked my entire life remotely. Never worked from 9 to 5 or been in a cubicle.

After collaborating with startups from Romania, Austria, UK, and the US, I felt the need to build apps that help shape a better future for the local community and the remote work environment. That's how 3 of my ideas took shape:

• Fair Remote — a remote jobs board that puts companies first.
• Calm Companies — a place that brings together companies with healthy work culture from which we can learn and grow as entrepreneurs.
• Econub — the ecomap of Timișoara where you can find nearby recycling/collection points.

On the side, I'm a part-time collaborator at Gumroad — a US company that helps creators make a living by selling their craft. I recently wrote a story on how I became a Gumroadian.

Fun fact: in 2019 I've played the leading role in Don Quijote de la Mancha.

I love coming to Cowork Timisoara for the people, the vibe, and granulR coffee! Mmmm....coffeeee ☕️ It's also an excellent place to connect with local startups and see what everybody else is up to.

It's great to see how Cowork Timisoara grew over the years. I used to go to the Tineretului location in the beginning. Now with the Garden, I feel that the place makes Timișoara stand out from the Romanian coworking spaces, and we can be proud of it
