The zombie apocalypse is coming, who are 3 people you want on your team?
Daryl Dixon, duh. My 2 sons, because if I were “bit” they have promised me that one of them would stab me in the brain before I turned.

If you could commit any crime and get away with it, what would you choose and why?
I’m a rule follower not a rule breaker by nature, but I’ve been very successful at getting away with speeding.

You can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what is it?
Inner peace.

What sport would you compete in if you were in the Olympics?
The luge because I am good at laying down.

What was the worst style choice you ever made?
In the early ‘80s I foolishly believed that I looked good in hats. Then I strolled through Central Mall wearing one (a wide brimmed, floppy, summer hat) and immediately realized my mistake.

If you were a wrestler what would be your entrance theme song?
“Bat Out Of Hell”.

Have you ever been told you look like someone famous, who was it?
Yes. Jennifer Aniston (this was a few years ago), and I’m positive that the person who said it was just trying to butter me up.

What did you name your first car?
The Burning Bean Wagon. (It was a Ford Pinto.)

You have your own late night talk show, who do you invite as your first guest?
Steve Martin.

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life what would it be?
Tacos.

If aliens landed on earth tomorrow and offered to take you home with them, would you go?
I would go if they were friendly and not too creepy looking.

What’s your favorite sandwich and why?
Any kind of sub sandwich – you can cram all sorts of good stuff in it!

What is your favorite item you’ve bought this year?
A pair of slip on Keds.

What is your absolute dream job?
An overlord. Any kind. Just kidding.

You’re going to sail around the world, what’s the name of your boat?
She’s Delightful.

What fictional family would you be a member of?
The Bravermans.

What’s your favorite place of all the places you’ve traveled?
London, England, a beautiful city and the people speak my language.

If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?
Close Encounters of the Third Kind. It was totally awesome!

If you had to teach a class on one thing, what would you teach?
Overcoming Procrastination, if I ever got around to it.

If you could be on a reality TV show, which one would you choose and why?
Are those still a thing?

Would you rather travel back in time to meet your ancestors or to the future to meet your descendants?
I would rather travel forward to meet my descendants as that might be the only way I get to see my grandchildren.

Would you rather live where it only snows or the temperature never falls below 100 degrees?
So freeze or sweat? Pass.

The zombie apocalypse is coming, who are 3 people you want on your team?
My three brothers! We probably wouldn’t survive for too long, but it would be homey!

If you could commit any crime and get away with it, what would you choose and why?
Election Fraud — if I could be elected as a senator for no reason, I would. It seems like a pretty easy job I could do a lot of good with, and I’d get a pension, too!

You can have an unlimited supply of one thing for the rest of your life, what is it?
Does money count? If not, I choose breadsticks.

What sport would you compete in if you were in the Olympics?
I think snowboarding would be the most fun! Until I broke my back.

What was the worst style choice you ever made?
I wanted a cool, worn-out baseball cap in high school, so I rubbed one on the ground and ruined a perfectly good hat.

If you were a wrestler what would be your entrance theme song?
I overthink this regularly, and I still don’t have an answer, but I’m pretty sure you can’t go wrong with “We Will Rock You” by Queen, so I’ll go with that!

Have you ever been told you look like someone famous, who was it?
Someone told me I looked like Leonardo DiCaprio when The Titanic came out, but I’ve reviewed the yearbook and determined this was a lie.

What did you name your first car?
I had a green Ford Explorer—I didn’t name it, but it had a keypad on the door that was handy for when I locked the keys inside.

You have your own late night talk show, who do you invite as your first guest?
Jack Black – I wouldn’t even have to be a good interviewer because he would crush it regardless!

If you had to eat one meal every day for the rest of your life what would it be?
Jambalaya!

If aliens landed on earth tomorrow and offered to take you home with them, would you go?
Not permanently, I’d miss my friends—but if it they were just offering a weekend trip, then sure!

What’s your favorite sandwich and why?
The Honey Barbeque Chicken Strip Sandwich from Whataburger—I ate one during my formative years, and that’s all she wrote! Like Ratatouille said, “nostalgia is the best flavor!”

What is your favorite item you’ve bought this year?
My new car! Mine was old and busted, and this one is better and non-busted in every way. And it’s especially quieter on the highway!

What is your absolute dream job?
If I was relatively successful? Writing! Working from home or in a writer’s room, my own hours, prestige (but not too much fame), fun, travel—who wouldn’t want that?!

You’re going sail around the world, what’s the name of your boat?
Fled’s Cruise.

What fictional family would you be a member of?
The Weasleys – it seems like most of the wizarding world’s problems have been solved by Harry Potter and the gang, so it would be safe, chores would be taken care of by magic, and they have a big fun family!

What’s your favorite place of all the places you’ve traveled?
London—public transportation was great, and I love old stuff!

If you could see one movie again for the first time, what would it be and why?
The Empire Strikes Back so I could experience “Luke, I am your Father” without knowing it was coming!

If you had to teach a class on one thing, what would you teach?
Does coaching count? I wouldn’t mind playing soccer all day!

If you could be on a reality TV show, which one would you choose and why?
The Amazing Race – travel and fun games? That’s my type of deal!

Would you rather meet your travel back in time to meet your ancestors or to the future to meet your descendants?
The future! Seems like it would be more comfortable?

Would you rather live where it only snows or the temperature never falls below 100 degrees?
Give me the heat! Except for the recent snowfall in Texas, it seems like it’s that way here already!
