Conversation with Jacques Attali :
Change, as a precaution

Nota bene:  By “structuring fears”, Attali means the kinds of fear that cause a restructuring of society.  This is our English translation of Attali and our commentary.  Please cite our source if you republish any of it.  Thank you.

History teaches us that humanity only evolves significantly when it is truly afraid:  it first sets up defense mechanisms; sometimes intolerable (scapegoats and totalitarianisms); sometimes futile (distractions); sometimes effective (therapies, setting aside if necessary all previous moral principles).  Then, once the crisis is over, it transforms these mechanisms to make them compatible with individual freedom, and to include them in a democratic health policy.

The pandemic that is beginning could trigger one of those structuring fears.

If it is not more serious than the two previous fears linked to a risk of a pandemic (the mad cow crisis of 2001 in Great Britain and the bird flu of 2003 in China), it will first have significant economic consequences (a drop in air transport, a drop in tourism and the price of oil); it will cost about $2 million per infected person and will lower the stock markets by about 15%; its impact will be very brief (China’s growth rate declined only in the second quarter of 2003, to explode upwards in the third); it will also have consequences in terms of organization (in 2003, very rigorous police measures were taken throughout Asia; the World Health Organization set up global alert procedures; and some countries, in particular France and Japan, built up considerable reserves of drugs and masks).

If it is a little more serious, which is possible, since it is transmissible by humans, it will have truly planetary consequences:  economic (the models suggest that this could lead to a loss of 3 trillion dollars, i.e. a 5% drop in global GDP) and political (because of the risk of contagion, the countries of the North will have an interest in ensuring that those in the South are not sick and they will have to see that the poorest have access to medicines that today are stockpiled only for the richest); a major pandemic will then, better than any humanitarian or ecological discourse, raise awareness of the need for altruism, if only out of self-interest.

And, even if, as we must obviously hope, this crisis is not very serious, we must not forget, as with the economic crisis, to learn the lessons, so that before the next inevitable one, we must set up prevention and control mechanisms and logistical processes for the equitable distribution of drugs and vaccines.  To do this, we will have to put in place a global police force, global storage and therefore global taxation.  It will then, much faster than economic reason alone would have allowed, lay the foundations for a real world government.  In fact, it was through the hospital that the establishment of a real state began in France in the 17th century.

In the meantime, we could at least hope for the implementation of a real European policy on the subject.  But here again, as on so many other subjects, Brussels is silent.

Afterword

Admin.:  Jacques Attali, in a filmed interview (clip further below), said “Jerusalem… It’s a nice spot for a World Government”.  Do you think the current fraudulent “pandemic” of 2020, apparently to destroy the world economy and “trigger” world restructuring, has anything in common with Attali’s hopes for Israel?

In books written by Attali, he also calls for Jerusalem to be the planetary capital city.  In fact, restructuring is well underway to decentralize Canada into city-states in the North American Union (a CCCE-CFR plan co-signed by Pierre-Marc Johnson, a former leader of the Parti Québécois).  The NAU is to be a region under a world government.  But let’s not forget Gilles Duceppe.  He too wants a so-called “independent” Quebec inside a North American Union.

So, apparently, if Attali’s dreams come true, this world government would be stationed in Israel.  Of course, I mean Palestine, stolen from the innocent Palestinian people by Jews who emigrated there and then unilaterally declared their independence (sovereignty) to steal the Palestinians’ land and all its wealth.

But, this is the real objective of the referendums on the “sovereignty” of Quebec.  The restructuring all of Canada into international city-states, in a North American region, under the long-anticipated World State.  Apparently, under Israel.

In fact, as Attali states in this clip, world government under Israel is apparently the prerequisite for the fulfillment of the Jewish religion.

“Jerusalem … It’s a nice spot for a World Government”.

World government (which Attali here calls “peace”) must be achieved for the Jewish Messiah to appear.

So, if a world government arrives, based in Israel, all other countries and peoples of the world will lose their sovereignty, their unique institutions, and their ethnic identities, all mixed together by mass immigration and erased by racial interbreeding, to become feudal subjects of Israel:  a stolen country that skillfully refuses mass immigration, multiculturalism and radical interbreeding.  It is therefore likely that this stolen country will continue to exist for a long time after the stupid vassal states are wiped out.

Paradoxically, in April 2010, the Quebec Bar welcomed Jacques Attali to its pages (translation): « A Meeting with Jacques AttaliGlobalization, ethics and professional practice:  What does the future hold?»

By “paradoxically”, I mean that, given the alleged nationalism of French Canadians, there they are, prostrate before a real foreign occupier.  Who wants to erase them (while the Palestinians are being erased) and steal their sovereignty.  There are different ways to steal the sovereignty of another people; different ways of taking over.  The soft way is through politics; the difficult path is military.

The difficult route is used in Palestine; the soft method, via politics, is used everywhere else; as it has long been used here.

Well, if you want to be that stupid, timid, subordinate, actually sycophantic, maybe you deserve to be erased and annexed.

Attali was quoted by the Bar as saying (translation):

“A new world order is taking shape based on the economy, and the law must necessarily give it a framework.  At any rate, a recasting of the role of lawyers is unavoidable.”

Apparently, the feudal world state has already started, and Attali was here in Quebec giving orders to our legal community on how to bestow an appropriate legal structure for its advent.  In other words, we must legislate to complete the creation of the world government (under Israel), and not for the self-government of the Canadian province of Quebec.

Attali also said, in 2009, that a “somewhat more severe” pandemic could trigger global economic restructuring.  But that’s what we have now:  a major non-event wrongly labeled a deadly pandemic is being used to crush the global economy to usher in a new economy in which we (excluding the elites) will be slaves, possessing nothing.  This is according to the World Economic Forum (its videos and documents), and of which HRH Prince Charles, heir apparent and soon-to-be regent, is a member in favor of global restructuring.  (Too bad for the coronation oath!)

P.S.  Attali has been misquoted all over the Internet.  The quote cited was apparently an observation by a commenter on Attali’s 2009 article on the potential effects of a pandemic.  The observation perfectly sums up Attali’s global message in his article; but, those are not his words, so I will stick to what he said (translation):  “The pandemic that is beginning could trigger one of those structuring fears”.
