Hello!
This form is for you to sign up to help us put on this Multicultural Festival for the community. This event is district-wide and will be held in the Middle School Gym on March 19th from 7-8:30.
We are looking for families to help out by setting up a table with brief information and a small shareable food to represent your country. It could be a candy/snack to represent your country, or something homemade that is easily shareable! (about 100 small servings)
We plan to have a variety of tables around the perimeter of the gym to represent different countries, and give everyone who comes an opportunity to try out some new foods and learn about different cultures. Live entertainment will also be provided through different cultural dance groups and music, as well as different interactive activities for kids like face painting.
Closer to the event we will reach out to you with more details with preparation of the actual event.
