Tip #1: Do not abuse this data

Take it easy, you have this spreadsheet forever. Only contact the collectors you feel most aligned with.

Tip #2: Study the space and make friends for 1-6 months before doing your first drop

If you're like most new comers, you barely know anyone in the space. Be patient and take the time to make friends with some of the folks on this list.

Tip #3: Get to know the person you're contacting before DMing them:

Don't just message someone without context. You now have their wallet address, scan their portfolio on Zerion.io or Zapper.fi see what they enjoy collecting and be strategic with what details your cold message contains. Personalize your message as much as possible:

"Hey @XXXX, I noticed you've been collecting XYZ lately, I'm planning my first drop and would love some feedback if you're open to it."

Tip #4: Never ask for money, always ask for feedback:

When you ask for money, you almost always open yourself to an awkward first impression. Instead, ask for feedback and you'll likely find a few excited collectors.

Tip #5: Join communities where collectors exist:

What NFTs and social tokens do these collectors hold? Are you seeing any trends? You may notice the top ones hold $FWB, and maybe you should too! ;)

I included in the guide some top music communities to join in web3, check them out!
