Project description: Nowadays western societies are related to non-healthy lifestyles,
cause by sedentarism and overeating of processed food. Young people
especially, take more into account the fact of comfortable eating and
living, rather than the benefits associated to a healthy diet and a physically
active lifestyle for their physical health, but also for their mental wellbeing
and the environment. The main goal of the project is to rise awareness among youngsters to
make these small changes in their daily lives, not only for the participants,
but for a wider group of population, including their social circles. In order to
achieve that, we want to motivate them to adopt a more socially active life,
in which they will develop local activities, that will suppose the continuation
of the learning methods and topics carried out during the project. Youngsters between
18 and 25 years old will attend, coming from Spain, Germany, Croatia, Bulgaria and Turkey.
Each group will be composed by 5 participants and a Group Leader with experience in
similar projects and without age limit.

Who can apply: Due to epidemic restrictions, applicant must have EU residence permit and must residing in Turkey. Basically, we're looking for who have 2 passport. Note: if you have only green passport, it is not valid.
