Honestly I had given up on trying to figure out email marketing with other platforms, but Omnisend has really figured it out from start to finish. I'm able to design and customize everything exactly to how i want it, and as someone who is very picky that says something. Choosing Omnisend has been the best decision for expanding my promotions and sales.
ITS A SCAM! DO NOT USE THIS APP!
I paid $750 for nothing.
I have a list of 200k emails and wanted to send unlimited emails. Luckily, I didn't subscribe to the $2,550 plan because I had a 70% off coupon.
But even that was a waste, as every single email fails to deliver.
I used to have a 15–20% open rate with Shopify email; now it’s 0.1%. It’s a joke.
It’s money down the drain; I can’t use the service. They won’t issue a refund. I’m reporting them to the authorities for theft.

We’d like to clarify that your Unlimited plan does allow you to send emails to your full contact list. After investigating your campaigns, our Deliverability team found that your SPF, DKIM, and DMARC records were configured correctly. The issue was that Gmail temporarily rate-limited your domain after detecting a sudden increase in sending volume. This is an inbox-provider restriction related to sender reputation, rather than Omnisend blocking your emails or preventing you from using the sending capacity included in your plan. It's not something we can override, but it is something we can help you navigate.
When moving to a new email marketing platform, mailbox providers can treat the new sending activity differently, even when the same contact list and domain were used previously. For this reason, our team recommended temporarily reducing volume and gradually warming up the domain before returning to full-list sends.
Regarding your billing concerns and refund request, these are being handled directly by our team. For privacy, we can’t discuss account-specific billing matters publicly. We do, however, want to be clear that we take accusations such as “scam” or “theft” seriously. The delivery issue experienced here was related to Gmail’s deliverability controls and not Omnisend restricting access to the service you purchased.

Migrated from Klaviyo who we had been with for many years. The onboarding was seamless and Omnisend migrated us over so we didn't need to do anything at all except sit back. Once migrated we were given an account manager Agne. She has been an absolute god send. Hand held us through the entire process of reviewing flows, helping with segments and campaigns.
