The Arizona Balance of State Continuum of Care (AZBOSCOC) includes all counties in Arizona except Pima and Maricopa. The purpose of the AZBOSCOC is to develop and implement strategies that supports the goal of ending homelessness.

The purpose of the survey is gather information  about key unmet needs in the housing and services system that are focused on persons experiencing homelessness.  This information will be used by Local Continuum/Coalition to End Homelessness (LCEHs)--which are county level planning groups in all the AZBOSCOC counties except Graham, Greenlee, and Santa Cruz.
