Perceptions - Beliefs - Words and the Healing process
I remember ten years ago when I had a serious accident in which I broke my leg. At the hospital the doctors checked on me. I was asking them all the time about the treatment. They told me I had to be patient and not to worry about it so much. When I was asking them if it was serious, they wouldn’t answer directly. They were telling me that it was going to be ok, but I did not believe them. I was feeling it was probably serious. Indeed after 2 months I was told that they had to operate on the leg, but they also told me not to wait much and that maybe they would amputate it. The earth was lost at my feet. I went home and locked myself up for a month feeling bad and getting worse. One day I decided that this would not be the end, could not be. At that time, I still did not know about the power of beliefs, nor did I have any certainty about improvement, since the doctors were negative ... I just thought that I wanted to walk and that it did not really happen to me.
After three months my situation was the same and I was still immobilized in bed. Then I had difficulty to believe that I could actually walk again. One night I had a dream. On the dream I saw my disabled grandmother, telling me not to give up. She told me to have faith and that I had to believe that I would walk no matter what. Since that night I started to be stubborn and repeating to myself every day that I will walk ... A few months later I did it. I started walking slowly, but steadily. I was getting better and I started to believe it! I could succeed on it! I do not remember another time when I was so sure of something else ... The certainty that accompanied my then perceptions that I had to live and therefore would happen, was what filled me with faith and every day I banished all opposing thoughts. My perceptions were very strong although did not let me succeed every day.
Our perceptions are the A and Z. With our perceptions we create our reality and with our certainty we water our perceptions and beliefs every day. We are constantly verifying our perceptions; We just do not always consciously observe it. This applies to both the body and our lives.
Our body can be seen in many ways and the same goes for the symptoms. If we choose the A or B perception, everything changes completely. If we see the symptom as a problem, this perception retains the problem, if we see the body as a biological product then the laws of biology limit us, along with chemistry and physics. If we perceive it as energy, however, then everything can be healed! Therefore, we can decide to hold on perceptions with which we focus on energy and how energy flows freely again bringing us back to health. This does not mean that we stop seeing the body as such, just that both realities, the biological and the energetic, function in a complementary way.
When we receive a healing, we focus our perceptions on our healer, having confidence that he knows how he will do his best to heal us. However, again, we create the healer with our perceptions. We do the same with the healing process and its results. We maintain a positive sense of expectation. After the healing we are waiting to see how the benefits will be manifested. We can constantly focus on improvement, no matter how small or large, and encourage the process on a daily basis, nurturing it with beliefs and perceptions. What we do with our perceptions is ultimately to always maintain the goal, which is our complete healing.
So, if we look at the body with the perception that it is healed, then our body will follow in response to this reality. Biology will follow the energy and they are both rearranged! The mind might not follow many times because of its programs that may do its own thing, perhaps raising doubts, but we can always change the programs by consciously changing our perceptions, words and beliefs. Our mind is a bio-computer and we can program it by choosing the words, perceptions and beliefs we want to experience in physical reality. So, by knowing the tools we can consciously change the programming with our consciousness.
There are these three steps that Martin Brofman left us as part of his legacy and that we can use to change any situation we want and create another reality.
1. We decide what will be true in the new reality.
2. We encourage the perception that it is happening now.
3. We decide that is now true.
Putting the tools into practice, paying attention to our perceptions in order to encourage the process and choosing conscious words and beliefs, then we will experience the new reality we want and the body, but also our life will follow the new scenario we wrote.
We need to be vigilant and even if sometimes we do not succeed, we come back and start again. We continue to encourage certainty until we need no more. Our perceptions are very important, they create realities! And we are the creators and the dreamers, we can change the dream, as long as we pay attention to what kind of perceptions, what kind of beliefs and what words we use. When we do this consciously, and when we insist on continuing it, then at some point we will experience this reality, allowing our dream to change and respond to our perceptions. Others will talk about a miracle, but you will know that with your perceptions you created what you wanted.

A little reminder :  To Be Happy
1. Take responsibility for yourself and your happiness. - own your power.
It’s not about what someone else should do in order for you to be happy – it’s
about what you need to do yourself, and what you need to change in order for you
to be happy.

2. Do what makes you happy and Stop doing what makes you unhappy.
When you do something and you feel happy, do more of it. When you do
something and it doesn’t feel good, do not do it any more.
Use this “alarm clock” – Be always able to say, “I love where I am. I love who I
am with. I love what I am doing.” If it doesn’t feel comfortable to say that, you
need to change something about where you are, about whom you are with, or
about what you are doing in that moment, until you feel comfortable to say it,
moment to moment.

3. Use the economics of happiness.
Look at the activities in which you invest time (Reading a newspaper, for
example). How do you feel afterwards? If you feel not as good as before, it is not
a wise investment, and your time would be better invested in a different activity
that gives you more of a positive return in happiness.

4. Resolve parts of your life about which you are unhappy.
Take an inventory, and do something about any part of your life you are not
happy with. Start with the easy stuff.

5. Watch your health.
If you have a physical symptom, you are unhappy about something. The symptom reflects tension in your consciousness about something happening in your life
when the symptom began. Resolve the tension about that situation, and the
symptom will have no further reason to be there, and you will be happier.

6. Live in the present moment with a positive attitude.
Do not worry about the future. 95% of the crises in your life never happen.
If you maintain a positive attitude, you will be right at least 95% of the time,
instead of wrong 95% of the time - and you will be happier.

7. Accept yourself and your individuality, and that of others.
Do not compromise yourself by seeking acceptance. Seeking acceptance from
others is the quickest way to not get it. Live your truth.
You know what you know, you feel what you feel, and you want what you want.
That’s who you are. Own it, and live it. You can always change something when
it makes sense for you to make that change.
Think for yourself. You will be happier.

8. Do something that makes someone else happy.
See how you feel happy when you do that.

9. Spend time with those you love.
Acknowledge the love, express it freely, and accept that you are loved.
We live for love, and it nourishes us. May you always know you are loved.

10. Trust your trip

The symptom of the month: Shoulder
The shoulders are associated with the throat chakra and therefore expressing. Tension in the shoulders can represent something not expressed or not communicated. Since the throat chakra also controls the arms and hands, a symptom involving the shoulder can result in immobility of the arms, which represent going for one’s goals. The person affected then can be said to be talking themselves out of going for their goals, talking to themselves in a way that discourages them from going for a specific goal concerning what they want (on the Will side) or for what makes them happy (Emotional side). A sense of heaviness on the shoulders can be experienced as carrying a heavy burden, a sense of responsibility that the person perceives as keeping them from going for their goals.

Success story - Feedback
Hi,  I was at the library looking for a book about the power of the mind and I found Martin Brofman's book (Anything can be healed). I read it today and I am astonished because everything is what I believe and that I had proved in myself in many occasions without knowing what I was doing. Thank you so much to share this knowledge. Best regards.
