Merchants appreciate the responsive customer support and quick issue resolution. The platform is user-friendly with seamless Shopify integration, ideal for beginners. It offers reliable fulfillment and automation features like automatic order fulfillment and easy product import, saving time for merchants. Additional perks include educational resources through an academy and customization options like branded packaging to enhance brand identity.
Unreliable and they randomly raise their prices while refusing to offer refunds for products they have not delivered to the customer.

Zendrop completely failed me. Their shipping times were inaccurate, and despite support promising a fix in a week, three months later the products still hadn’t reached their facility. This led to chargebacks, lost revenue, and damage to my business. They sell overpriced, low-quality items and leave issues unresolved. Based on other reviews, my experience isn’t unique. I’ll never use Zendrop again—and neither should you.
