Kickflip was the exact customization tool we were looking for. It’s very straightforward from start to finish. If I got stuck at any point, the chat feature was convenient to use and received quick and detailed responses from a real person to continue building our product. As a small business, the payment structure is also ideal as it eliminates the risk by only charging when we make a sale, as opposed to committing to a big monthly or annual fee. I haven't had a chance to sell anything as of writing this review, however compared to the other customisers this is the easiest to use (yes there's always a learning curve), and the customer support is pretty damn good. All of my questions have been answered and 99% have been solved without coding on my part.
There are some things that could be refined such as the mobile functionality/ease of use especially with customer editable photos but i believe this is something that's being worked on.
