JAGUAR NEWS
September 26, 2021
East Families and Students,
This upcoming week is a big week for our students! We will have our midterm exams on Wednesday and Friday. Also, this week is our College & Career Fair on Thursday with the Blood Drive happening Thursday as well. Throw in a little Homecoming Spirit Week and you have a jam-packed week of fun at EJHS! We look forward to a smooth week before Fall Break (October 4-8). We will not have a Jaguar News next week due to the break, but please know that if you have needs during the break, you are free to reach out to us.
If you are not following us on social media, please do so! We have a Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram. This is the absolute best way to get information about what is happening at EJHS. Our social media team does a phenomenal job of ensuring timely and clear communication. Please take a moment to follow so you can be in the know!
Hitting mailboxes in the coming days are the results from our recent CERT testing. These results are a HUGE portion of the work we are doing at school to prepare your student for the next steps beyond high school. Please take some time to review the results as well as the information that we have included in the envelope with the results. We want to partner with you to ensure that we are meeting the individual needs of our students. We are excited to watch our students grow! No one assessment defines a student. This data will allow us to identify areas for celebration while also giving us a road map for growth. Our next CERT testing will be in December, so let’s work together to grow our students!
