We are looking for an exceptional people person as our Customer Success Associate. This candidate should be a stellar communicator who loves connecting with others, both with individuals and with organizations, and who can build long-lasting relationships.

What you will do: 

• Be Rise’s point of contact for valued partners!
• Build aligned partnerships to advance Rise and our customers’ goals
• Engage, educate, collaborate, and problem-solve with external partners 
• Develop a strong understanding of the roadmap to drive growth through partnerships
