Chicken Chowder

Ingredients

  • 1 chicken supreme
  • 1 1/2 liters chicken broth
  • 2 potatoes in medium cubes
  • 1 carrot in medium cubes
  • 237 grams corn kernels
  • 200 milliliters cream
  • salt, pepper and chopped parsley

Steps

  1. Boil the broth with the chicken breast for about 15 minutes. Remove the supreme from the broth.
  2. Add the potato and the carrot. Season and cook until the vegetables are tender.
