Are meals included with my registration?

Yes, we will provide breakfast and lunch for each attendee on both days. If you have dietary restrictions, please contact Karen Nosek (kvnosek@ucdavis.edu) no more than two weeks before the event.

Where should I stay during the conference?

We are recommending that people stay at the Hyatt UC Davis, which is walking center to the conference center. However, there are several additional hotels nearby the conference center.

Where should I park during the conference?

There is paid parking on the UC Davis campus. If you choose to stay at the Hyatt, parking is included in your stay.

Can I cancel my registration?

Yes, you may cancel your registration using the Eventbrite site.
