Our time has come when we officially launch our 15th Anniversary to all SFW Troopers and SFW Veterans worldwide then its General sale. However, 2 really big things to know in advance.

Firstly we are creating something different to celebrate the 15th anniversary and with what we have in mind, we want to make this a more intimate experience and will be restricting entrance to Geek Camp to 1300 pax only.

Secondly we put SFW 15 up for 4 days pre sale to all SFW 13 attendees last November which has seen 28% of the tickets already sold.

It’s a momentous date in the history of SFW and we really want to make this special in multiple different ways, so we are giving you advance warning, you will have your early picking window before it officially goes on sale to the general public in a weeks time.

Just as a heads up there is not a lot of Royalty and VIP left, you have your window which we hope you use wisely.

As you know we normally clock in over 4K hence why we are letting you all have an early window before it hits the mainframe this Friday.

SFW XV will take place in an intimate way at our 5-star resort aka Camp SFW ( geek Camp) in Great Yarmouth on the 14th - 17th March 2024. The event will run over 3 days & nights and boast 3 beautiful arenas full of all the things we love most.

The SFW Veterans will go on sale
Thursday 23rd February 2023 at 10.00 am GMT

You will have 48 hours for exclusive early pickings and then it will go on general sale worldwide on Monday 27th February

As you all know, Camp SFW units all have 2-3 bedrooms and as we did last year (which a lot of you sorted out and took advantage of…well done) we actively want to encourage sharing, as putting 2-3 people in a 6-8 berth unit is sometimes a waste. Granted some people will like that luxury and that's fine with us, however, if you can get the group together, we’ll definitely make it worth your while, especially with SFW XV at Camp SFW.

Realistically now is the time to start grabbing other friends, family or SFW regulars over the next few days, who you know and cut your price right down. Groups of 2 or 3 will be exactly the same rate as this year's event, less your customary discounts...however for groups of 4-8 we are offering discounts of 25-40%. Add in your SFW Veterans discount of 10% on top and in a lot of cases, it's virtually half-price!

Lead prices for Classic SFW Packages start from £139 per person and VIP from £144 per person. Royalty from £165 per person….incredible rates. For bookings of 4 to 8 people, it will be exactly the same room rate, take advantage of it!!! All prices are exactly the same as 2021, (but we can only hold until 1st March as everyone is trying to push them up), give or take a fiver which, with all the Brexit Bollocks, that's a positive tick.

As it's SFW XV and a landmark year at Camp SFW Great Yarmouth, and just to make it even more "high value", anyone who pays the full amount will receive a further 5% off the Gross price - now that's a top deal... so use it wisely!!!

All you have to do is get organised and be ready for Wednesday - hence why we are telling you now, to give you a chance to get your crew together, although it's been the same time we have launched for the last 13 years, and work out what class of package you want and how many are in your group.

These fantastic deals will apply to VIP and Royalty packages also.
