Ingredients
- 1 can of condensed milk
- 150 milliliters milk
- 3 egg yolks
- 400 milliliters fresh cream
- 125 grams milk cookies
- 125 grams milk chocolate
- 27 grams butter
- 237 milliliters dulce de leche
Steps
- Add, in a saucepan, the condensed milk, the milk and sift the 3 egg yolks over the mixture.
- Cook over low heat, always stirring, until you obtain a thick cream. Set aside to cool.
