Ingredients

  • 1 can of condensed milk
  • 150 milliliters milk
  • 3 egg yolks
  • 400 milliliters fresh cream
  • 125 grams milk cookies
  • 125 grams milk chocolate
  • 27 grams butter
  • 237 milliliters dulce de leche

Steps

  1. Add, in a saucepan, the condensed milk, the milk and sift the 3 egg yolks over the mixture.
  2. Cook over low heat, always stirring, until you obtain a thick cream. Set aside to cool.
