Cheese Stuffed Potato

Ingredients
- 2 large potatoes
- 1/4 cup heavy cream
- 7 ounces cream cheese
- 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
- 1 tablespoon parsley
- salt
- black pepper
- 8 3/4 ounces grated mozzarella cheese
Steps
- Roll the potatoes in aluminum foil and bake in a preheated oven at 180°F for approximately 40 minutes or until soft.
- Remove a thin slice of the potato and with the help of a spoon remove the inside of the potato. Set aside.
