Wednesday 7 June 2023 | 11:30 - 16:00

The Better Business Act objective is to amend Section 172 of the Companies Act to ensure businesses are legally responsible for benefiting workers, customers, communities and the environment while delivering profit.

Bringing together Business Leaders who are already signed up to the Act and those interested in learning more, Brabners and The Better Business Network are co-hosting an event to empower business directors to exercise their judgement in weighing up and advancing the interests of all stakeholders.

Join us on Wednesday 7 June for peer led catalyst conversations with North West Business Leaders to connect and network with other Businesses who align with your values on social responsibility and the environment.

Catalyst Conversation descriptions:

Similar to a roundtable, attendees will be split into roundtables of 8-10 people to discuss the BBA, the challenges businesses face to sign up to the coalition, and the opportunities to promote the BBA further. This provides a peer learning opportunity as well as final next steps action points from all members.

This event will take place in our Manchester office - 100 Barbirolli Square, Manchester M2 3BD, on Wednesday 7 June, 11:30 – 16:00 and is suitable for senior leaders, business owners and decision makers. You can sign up via the form to the right.
