It’s great when it works properly. I’ve been dealing with issues for some time now of the sound not notifying you once an item is scanned which slows down the picking process when you’re relying on the sound to move forward. It’ll read the SKU as being an incorrect item the first time you scan it and then accept it the second time you scan it. There are also frequent instances when you have to scan the item multiple times before it’ll accept the scan. I have purchased 4 scanners with two of them being $$$ and it’s the same issues.

It really makes life easier. Shipping with this app is so smooth. I can get a lot more orders out the door with the scanning functions. Order accuracy is 100%.

This app has saved us a lot of headaches when it comes to shipping, sorting, tagging, and even creating in-person purchase tags. Easy to use, easy to customize and a great support staff team. From Barcodes to QR codes, it does it all.

This app helped us nix order problems in the same week we started using it. We have nearly perfect order fulfillment now. Checking inventory takes way less time, and the report it generates afterwards is gold! It helps me easily identify discrepancies. Way easier than hand-counting and writing it down like we used to. Customer service has helped us multiple times with a fast response time when we need it!. Worth every penny!

The team at EasyScan have been phenomenal to work with since our migration to shopify. They are super helpful in any questions, happy to jump online to assist with implementation and we highly recommend the service.
