On Monday, February the 26th of 2024 the Liberal Party of Canada tabled new legislation that among other things amends the Criminal Code and the Human Rights Act with new variations of hate crime laws. In the early morning hours of Tuesday, February, the 27th, 2024 a video was posted to Twitter that purports to show Justin Trudeau’s daughter, Ella-Grace Trudeau, totally out of her mind drunk having an epic rant about how awful her dad is and how he is stealing money from Canadians to pay for her vacation to Jamaica and how people should vote for the Conservative Party of Canada. By this afternoon, I’m filming this on the 27th, the video had over 150k views so I thought it was worth looking at and it was a good opportunity to consider some of the frailties of eyewitness identification and talk about whether this video actually shows what it purports to show.

It has been a busy couple of weeks for law-related news; the thumbnail shows some hockey players boozing it up after a game so we will be talking about the five NHL, well four NHL players and one Swiss league player, charged for their involvement in an incident after the World Juniors in London a few years ago. ⚠️DTTV 187⚠️| Are Canada’s Immigration Policies an Ethnic Cleansing of Heritage Canadians...?

I think there is very little question that the face of Canada is changing and is changing rapidly and certainly our government makes a point of saying that all the time and I think this goes back to last week where there, was commentary that it was institutional racism to give people time off at Christmas because there were so many other religions that don’t get time off. Though it’s clear that things are changing and they’re changing very quickly in Canada.

What we are going to look at today on Don’t Talk TV is maybe something controversial maybe something you’re not supposed to notice but we are going to look at it anyway because a viewer brought this up to me and I thought it was interesting to consider. Does the rapidity with which Canadian culture is changing and the policies of the government to make that happen, do they rise to the level of a different kind of level of cultural genocide or an ethnic cleansing; and I say different with reference to the cultural genocide we’ve seen in the past of the first nations people.

Last week on Don’t Talk TV in connection with the children of neo-Nazis being apprehended permanently by the state back in 2008 in Manitoba I considered an extrapolation or I proposed an extrapolation to how that case might apply to people who are opposing the teaching of certain LGBT ideologies and the promotion of doing transgender surgeries and other interventions on children without parental consent and how that might apply to the Million Person March that’s, in fact, happening as I film this episode on the 20th of September 2023. Back in July in episodes 159 and 160 I highlighted some incidences of what I believe to be politically motivated selective enforcement of laws, in episode 159 we looked at some things that happened at The Toronto Pride parade that in my view were clearly crimes but no one was charged because of political affiliation and we also looked at the riots ongoing in France at that time. Well now we’re back it’s September and we have more examples in Canada of politically motivated selective enforcement of the law which in my view is a prelude to anarchy.

There is a case that has made a lot of headlines, especially in alternate media about a man by the initials of “CD” as a result of court publication bans who has done some jail time while fighting against, or apparently trying to fight against his daughter wanting to transition after receiving some propaganda about this in the public school system.

After reading the BC Court of Appeals decision on his contempt of court case I realized this a case that is an excellent example of how you cannot trust alternate media much more than you can trust legacy media; you’ve got to look at the actual facts. Because of this case especially, a lot of the reports I saw frankly, I think were clickbait or sensualized to make it look like something it actually wasn’t.

Last week on Don’t Talk TV I started what I’ve termed a “trilogy” looking at how hate crime laws are applied in this country and how in my view they are applied unequally and in my view people of European heritage in Canada are held to higher standards & are more likely to be charged than those of other backgrounds.
