The Pen and Gear Map Pins, are very versatile, very useful and can be used in many ways. I love the colors and size, I would highly recommend them. As photographed, I used them to prop jewelry on a bust and it did not leave any damage on the bust.

Petite and very useful

These pins are not only great for maps but they hold my wigs in place on the doll head!! I can style her without it slipping off. They are colorful too, which makes them easy to spot if one falls on the floor-that would hurt!!

Multi purpose!

These are a really nice colorfull set of push pins that are perfect for us that like to follow the travel of others on a large scale map. The multiple color pin heads are easy to handle and with the variety of colors you can track more than one person.

Sturdy and colorfull

These are really nice little pins. They have colored tops so they are easily seen. You can use different colors to signify different things. If I had a map or chart these pins would be really great to label stuff and mark where stuff is. I just use them to put up notes in my cubicle. They work great for doing that.

Nice little pins

We have a giant world map that we wanted to start marking all of our travel and places we have been. I love the bright neon colors and it will stand out nicely against my map. We are using the different colors to indicate travels with different people. Hopefully I will have to buy another pack for all the future travel I want in the future.

Just what I wanted

These 100 map pins have pretty ball heads in bright purple, turq, lime, orange and hot pink so are easy to see and look good with common bright-colored maps. The plastic balls are smooth with no raised seams. The pin wire is not flimsy. Most of the wire tips are smooth but some have burrs, so if interested for sewing, they are just ok for that, and of course they are short, not like standard sewing pins. The wire itself is 5/8 in. long.
The reusable plastic flip top package was difficult to open at some of the glue spots so got a little damaged.

This is a good price on these pins ,they are a good quality have a nice strong head ,even though they are designed for maps you can use them on a corkboard or you can use them for any type of crafts you might be doing and you can use them for sewing so they are very versatile .I do recommend this product it's a good price I like the quality of items from Pen+gear.

Bright colors

These are perfect map push pins. They are sturdy and just the right size if you need to put several pins in the same area. The case is handy, and easy to open and close. I love all the colors! So far, none of the pins have bent, or pin heads fallen off. They are the perfect size for my world map.

good little pins, cute too!

The map pins coming a nice assortment of colors. I also like the length of the pins. They are meant for maps, but these can be used on a corkboard/bulletin board as you see fit. They can be used for arts and crafts projects as well as sewing. The packaging is easy to open and close and you can easily see what is inside.

Nice bright colors

The colors are cute the only thing is that they are small. The pin is long but the ball is small. Would have liked it to be larger so that the color pops more.

Love the Multi color

They're tiny pins. They're barely sharp enough to get into a cork board, the ball tops will come off when you try to pull them out sometimes and leaves you having to find tweezers to get the pin out or something flat to push it into the cork. I even used these on the grippy shelf liner and they broke. Don't buy these. Cough up the extra dollar for the quilters pins. They're sturdier, longer, and sharper.
