TWICE 공식 팬클럽 ONCE 4기 분들을 위한 ‘bubble for JYPnation’ APP 내 커뮤니티 가입 방법 안내드립니다.

[커뮤니티 가입 기간]

- 2023년 7월 31일 (KST) ~ ONCE 4기 활동 종료일

[커뮤니티 가입 방법]

1. ‘bubble for JYPnation’ APP 가입하기 (기존 가입자는 재가입하지 않으셔도 됩니다.) → 로그인

2. ‘bubble for JYPnation’ APP 내 커뮤니티 탭 선택 → TWICE - ONCE 채널 선택

* 커뮤니티 탭이 보이지 않을 경우 APP을 업데이트 해주세요!

3. 커뮤니티 가입 진행

1) 가입하기 선택 → 약관 확인 및 동의 → 정보 입력

- 기존에 bubble을 이용하시던 분들도 커뮤니티 가입은 추가로 진행해 주셔야 하며, bubble과 커뮤니티의 정보를 동일하게 설정하는 것은 가능합니다.

2) 상세 정보 입력

- 예매번호는 10자리 모두 입력해 주셔야 됩니다.

- YES24 가입 내역과 인증 정보가 일치한 경우에만 ONCE 4기 인증이 가능합니다. (*대/소문자, 띄어쓰기 등 확인 필수)

- 예매번호/성함/생년월일은 본인 외 이용자들에게는 노출되지 않습니다.

- 법인 회원으로 가입하신 분들은 YES24 마이페이지에서 생년월일 확인 가능합니다.
 

[유의 사항]

- ‘bubble for JYPnation’ APP 가입 후 커뮤니티 접근이 가능합니다.

- 커뮤니티 가입 시 작성하신 성함, 생년월일은 수정이 불가한 점 유의 부탁드립니다.

- 커뮤니티 탈퇴 시 재가입은 불가합니다.

- 본 커뮤니티를 통해 공개방송 및 이벤트 참여 신청 기능 등 ONCE 4기 분들을 위한 전용 콘텐츠가 제공됩니다.

- 기타 문의사항은 fan@jype.com으로 부탁드리며, 공지로 안내된 사항에 대해서는 답변드리지 않습니다.

The following are the instructions for the 4th generation of ONCE on how to register for the in-APP Community of ‘bubble for JYPnation.’

[Community registration period]

- July 31st, 2023 (KST) ~ Until the end of the expiration date of the 4th generation of ONCE

[How to register for the Community]

1.  Sign up for ‘bubble for JYPnation’ application (If you already have an account, you can use the existing account) → Log into your account

2. Select the Community tab within the ‘bubble for JYPnation’ application → Select TWICE - ONCE Channel

* If you cannot see the Community tab, please update the application.

3. Sign up for the Community

1) Select sign-up or register → Confirm and agree to the terms and conditions → Type in your information

- Current bubble users have to sign up for the Community separately, and you can use the same information as bubble when you register.

2) Enter detailed information

- Type in all 10 digits of registration number.

- The information has to be the same as the one you used for YES24 in order to authenticate your ONCE 4th Generation membership (Make sure you check the spacing and upper/lowercase)

- Your registration number, name, and DOB will not be visible to other users except for yourself.

- Those who signed up as a Corporate member can check their date of birth on YES24 My Page.

[Notes]

- The Community can only be accessed after you sign up for ‘bubble for JYPnation’ application.

- The name and DOB you use when you sign up for the community cannot be changed afterwards.

- If you choose to leave the Community, you are not allowed to register again.

- This Community will be the channel to provide exclusive services only for ONCE 4th Generation such as ticketing for live broadcast and other events.
