Job Description
Collaborate with the product team to contribute to the end-to-end product development process, from conception to launch.
Conduct research, data analysis, and customer interviews to gain insights into customer needs and preferences.
Utilize qualitative and quantitative data to generate hypotheses and inform product decisions.
Assist in defining and prioritizing short and long-term product goals, ensuring alignment with the team and stakeholders.
Support the delivery of high-quality products that provide exceptional user experiences.
Work closely with engineers, designers, and other teams to coordinate and execute product strategies.
Help establish success metrics and track progress toward achieving them.
Requirements
1-2 years of experience working as a Product Manager or in a similar capacity.
Familiarity with software product development and a strong interest in the FinTech industry.
Basic understanding of UX design principles and an eagerness to enhance user satisfaction.
Proficiency in working with data and leveraging it to inform product decisions.
Ability to collaborate effectively with various stakeholders and build strong relationships.
Adaptability to work with incomplete or ambiguous inputs and turn them into actionable plans.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Fluency in English.
Demonstrated willingness to learn and thrive in a dynamic environment.
Familiarity with the software development lifecycle is a plus.
Exposure to customer-facing products (directly impacting end users) would be advantageous.
