Overview

A comedy murder mystery with a plot like nothing you've ever seen before. If it doesn't make you laugh, you need to take your pulse. Dr. Jason Longfellow, PI and amateur sleuth is at it again, driving his poor wife Chelsea crazy while trying to solve another murder. Chelsea loves her husband, but he can be irritating. As an FDA scientist he excelled, as a PI...not so much. Chelsea usually solves the case while struggling to keep her hubby alive. You'll enjoy the banter between these two lovebirds, married for twenty years. The PI thing might have been his idea, but she's the real deal.

Dr. Jason Longfellow, PI and amateur sleuth, and nurse wife Chelsea leave Northern Virginia when Chelsea inherits a fortune. She convinces Jason to move to a wilderness lake, with the plan to set up their own PI agency, Chelsea Longfellow, PI, and Associate. Her inheritance, her company. They take on the case of the fishermen killer. Someone, or something, is killing fishermen at night. Folks are scared, fishing tournaments being cancelled. The killer has to be stopped. Clues pile up. Striped bass are increasing in size at an alarming rate. The young wife of the elderly CEO of a local medical biotech company hires the two PIs to find her missing husband. Someone is dumping expired human growth hormone into the lake. The local realtors, a jet ski rental business, and a boat dealership are angry at the increasing number of local fishing tournaments. Jason thinks nature is taking back the wilderness lake from intruding humans. Jason plans to go fishing overnight, using himself as bait to catch the killer, be it man or beast. Join Chelsea as she solves the case while struggling to keep her bumbling PI husband alive. You'll have fun and she can use all the help she can get.
