It takes a village to achieve and assess research impact: the life of an impact broker.
In this presentation we will discuss the conceptual complexities that surround the concept of research impact and reflect on what are enablers and barriers to achieve an effect on; change or benefit to society that goes beyond academia. We will share experiences about the role of an academic impact broker.
