Cons:As a former hotel General Manager I try to be sensitive to the challenges that hotels face in trying to please a wide range of customers. However, this stay was disappointing to say the least. 1. Door didn't work when my wife checked in. Maintenance got her in with the opening device they utilize. But that didn't fix the problem. Later, when I arrived, we still were unable to get in the room so we asked to be changed to a different room, which they did. 2. The 2nd room did not have washcloths or trash cans and the heater didn't work. 3. The shower curtain was too short both vertically and horizontally. Consequently, not matter how much I tried to be careful, water leaked out onto the floor. 4. I requested some type of financial accommodation for our trouble and was under the impression that we would receive some discount. None was given. I know times are tough right now, especially in the middle of the Covid pandemic. But the owner(s) of this property really need to put some money into capital improvements.

Cons:the shower curtain was too short and the bathroom floor was soaked after every shower. there appeared to be a homeless guy standing right outside the front door chain smoking. we had to breath the smoke ever time we walked through. he was there for several hours the late evening
