I’m writing a book about how growing AI companies can leverage IP (especially patents and trade secrets) to raise funds, protect themselves against larger competitors, generate revenue, secure a successful exit, and even attract and retain top talent. The working title is "AI Armor." This book is targeted at founders, executives, and investors in AI companies. Although IP and corporate lawyers will find it useful as well, it’s far from your typical law book. It’s a business strategy guide that lays out a comprehensive approach for leveraging IP to achieve business goals in a way that is custom-made for AI companies. I can guarantee you haven’t seen anything like it. If you’ve followed me on LinkedIn, attended my webinars, or read my articles, then you’ve seen pieces of the approach that I lay out in the book. But the book ties everything together in a comprehensive and systematic way for the first time.
