This years PASC conference will be held at Lehigh Valley Health Network Center for Healthcare Education on October 10th 2024.  Details and registration to follow.

We are excited to announce an open call for abstract submissions for presentation at the upcoming Philadelphia Area Simulation Consortium Conference (PASC), hosted at Lehigh Valley Health Network’s Center for Healthcare Education on October 10th, 2024. The 2024 PASC conference’s theme is, “Forging the Future of Simulation: Embracing Transformation and Innovation.” PASC is a space to share your innovative strategies in simulation and promote knowledge sharing, community building, advocacy and education, innovation and research, and accessibility.

We ask for passionate abstract submissions for various presentation methods including podium or poster presentation, or interactive simulation workshops.

• Podium presentations – 30 - 45 minute presentation with question/answer session. Can be individual or panel.

• Poster presentations – 20 minute presentation with question/answer session.

• Simulation workshops – 60 -90 minute interactive workshop with audience participation.

Topics can include but are not limited to:

• Innovative use of simulation in the classroom, clinical, and/or laboratory settings

• Simulation research

• Simulation technologies

• Moulage

Requirements for submission are as follows:

• Submissions are due by JUNE 29, 2024

• Abstracts should be between 250-500 words in length.  

• Clearly outline your method of presentation & facilitation (poster, podium, interactive workshop)

• Clearly outline the potential implications in the field of simulation

• Include all required author(s) information

• Upload a current CV for author(s)
