2024 Masquerade & World Cosplay Summit USA Finals

Get ready for two phenomenal cosplay events sharing the same amazing stage!

The AX Masquerade is the longest-running event at Anime Expo. Cheer for your favorites as they compete for incredible prizes and the coveted Best in Show on the Main Events stage!

Immediately following is the World Cosplay Summit USA Finals! Teams of two will compete to earn their spot in WCS 2025, where they will travel to Nagoya, Japan to compete against the best cosplayers in the world!

Share your passion for craftsmanship and performance at this fantastic cosplay double-header, only at Anime Expo!

You must have both an Anime Expo attendee badge valid for the day of the event (Saturday or any 4-day) and a ticket to see this event.  If you need to purchase a badge, please go to AX Registration now.

Check-in begins 1 hour before the start of the event and will end promptly at 10 pm, 1 hour after doors close. There will be priority entry for attendees with an ADA sticker so please arrive 15 mins prior to start of check-in to avoid the crowd.
