As a student of manifestation teachings/LOA/co creation of reality, all that woo woo stuff, this book really drove home for me that the things I desire, I must BE.

It's not enough to just state it and say some affirmations here and there and hope for the best (which is what I've been doing lmao). This book drove home for me that you are the co creator of your life. So if it sucks and isn't working, there's some stuff to look at (like where your thoughts are, what you believe, etc) I love how this book blends in looking at limitations and your beliefs because those also play a huge role in our universes/reality creation. A lot of stuff to ponder in this book, and I still have 3 hours out of 14 left of it.

I loved the exercises given as well. I also "read" via audio book. This is a book that will be on repeat for me. There are many gems and aha moments for me while listening. If you're into manifestation, reality creation, becoming your best self, or ever feel stuck in the things you want/desire, this book can help you.

Something funny about this book is there were a few instances in which I thought, “Ah, and here is one of the author’s limitations…” but then the next sentence would speak directly to my questioning. That made this book feel alive to me so I gave I an extra star for that. One commenter called this book “dangerous” but if you look at their profession, they speak from that bias of observing others and not from personal experience of simply testing these suggestions in the book for themselves.

Some folks really need more magical peoples in their lives. Don’t be afraid to be playful, peoples. Being a bit (intentionally) delulu is good for a body. The brain doesn’t know the difference and it can relieve some stress while you’re conjuring the feeling of what it feels like to be in an invented state of being. Don’t let them “experts” scare you away from the wonders you might discover about yourself and the world in this process. You might actually help the world begin to heal if you get away from expert opinions. Give it a shot. You might like it being less stressed.

⚠️ Dangerous! Potentially life destroying! If you want a one way ticket to a PICU then read this b/s. You have been warned. ⚠️ (Speaking as someone who works in mental health).
