Description
This legacy scholarship has been created to recognize and honor the contribution of Sandy Mazur to Spherion and the Spherion franchise community by recognizing individuals pursuing a post-secondary education who best represent the qualities of excellence and passion during her distinguished career at Spherion.
Annually, recipients will be chosen to receive financial assistance in achieving their goals of higher education. The selected recipients will reside in a county owned by a Spherion franchisee.
A donor advisory committee, from within the Spherion community, will oversee the criteria, funds allocation and distribution of the scholarship.
Requirements
- Must be an individual pursuing a degree or certificate at a trade school, 2-year or 4-year institution
- Applicants achieve a 2.5 GPA or above
- Applicants must attach the current year's Student Aid Report (SAR) generated by FAFSA.
