Ileana D'Cruz is gearing up for the release of her upcoming new Bollywood movie Do Aur Do Pyaar. The film also stars Pratik Gandhi, Vidya Balan and Sendhil Ramamurthy. The actress is also a fairly new mom to her 8-month-old son, Koa Phoenix Dolan. Every now and then, Ileana keeps sharing pictures with her little munchkin or talks about her day as a mother and her journey of motherhood. And Ileana has shared just a similar thing on her Instagram stories. And every new mom will relate to it.

Do Aur Do Pyaar actress Ileana D'Cruz shares a motherhood post

Ileana D'Cruz is normalising a lot of things for new moms with her Instagram stories and posts. She often cheers on other moms and shares her own journey of motherhood which she wants to normalize. Today too, Ileana talked about the 'unmade bed', 'hair loss', 'no dinner', needs of the baby, not having their old body back, wanting to take a break, breastfeeding, formula feeding, or even laundry. It is a post shared by 'baby centre' on their Instagram handle. Ileana and the post tell every new mom that it is okay if they are experiencing all of the aforementioned things right now. Ileana D'Cruz reveals how her partner Michael Dolan is helping her out with the baby

In an interview with Times of India, Ileana admitted that the whole postpartum depression is very real. She expressed gratitude for the 'good support system at home' and the team of doctors. She also talked about mom guilt which is doing something without having the kid in your presence. She narrated an incident about Koa Phoenix Dolan being asleep in the room next to theirs. She kept crying about it and when her partner asked her what was wrong, she told him that she was missing him. "So, there are these intense emotions you go through after having a baby. I still am going through it," she had shared. Ileana was thankful to have a partner like Michael in her life. She reveals Michael makes her take breaks and looks after the baby in the meantime.

About Do Aur Do Pyaar

Ileana is paired with Pratik Gandhi. She plays his parallel love interest in the movie Do Aur Do Pyaar. The film is a rom-com about a married couple who have reached their saturation point. They both cheat on each other. Things take a comical turn when after a one-night stand with each other, they start enjoying each other's company and the sparks fly all over again. Pratik and Vidya Balan play the married couple while Ileana and Sendhil Ramamurthy play the love parallel interests. How will they confess to cheating on each other and come to terms with their current dilemma is what the Do Aur Do Pyaar trailer is all about. The film is releasing on 19th April 2024.
