Cannot reach customer service despite repeated emails - both via their website and directly to my customer manager. I've had a website reviewer flag a problem but I can't get it fixed without their help. Update: They got in touch once I posted the review and explained their email system had been down. They were quick to correct the issue and politely apologetic about the whole thing.
