3100Video Recording (Artemis)Review video record the entire event/ playing stream and submit a link to the review video recording of the event/ playing stream.

- The video recording can be hosted privately on Google Drive or a private YouTube post, or you can make it public if you wish. The event must be the majority of the content covered at the event must be directly related to the Warena. Events must be posted in advance to the WAREAN internal team and the private ambassador group so that it may be supported and attended by all.

5Product DevelopmentGive feedback on new products and developments.

- Prior to experience Warena new products and features.
- Fill in forms or meet with the Warena internal team to discuss about your experiences or suggestions.

6TranslationTranslate the content, such as articles, blogs, etc., into your regional language and promote them in your local community through social media platforms.

- The translation must be fluent and factually correct. Translations that are just copied and pasted from Google Translate or similar apps will not be accepted (any attempts to use Google Translate will result in your dismissal from the Ambassador Program). You must translate the content yourself and ensure the content reflects natural language.

We greatly value your contributions to the Warena community, and we want to do our best to ensure your work is rewarded accurately.

Ambassador’s performance will be reviewed every weeks.

Collecting Rewards:

- To count your rewards, please fill the Warena report form and submit it before every week for activities you completed in the week.
- You must provide a URL link that includes evidence for the 1 activity you want to claim rewards for. (Links to spreadsheets or docs listing multiple activities will not be eligible for rewards).
- The rewards will be distributed to ambassadors in every 5th of the month.

Weekly ambassador AMA with the Warena internal team:

- Held on every Thrusday of the week. This is your opportunity to ask questions and receive clarity on any topics you wish to bring to our attention and discuss.

Dismissal Policy:

- Warena reserves the right to remove an ambassador at any time without question for a violation to the terms of agreement set forth below.

Terms of Agreement:

- Conduct yourself professionally and in the spirit of Warena at all times.
- Failure to conduct yourself with honest, respectful and patient behaviour will result in immediate dismissal.
- Failure to submit your work on time repeatedly and efficiently will be released from the program.
- Never ask the community for funds or solicit yourself or services "quid pro quo"（something for something, abusing your power as an Warena representative.
- No Soliciting or colluding
- Please, use professional language and mannerisms when engaging with the communities and the WAREAN internal team.
- CM/Employer of Warena internal team are not eligible.
