Welcome to the Baguio Startup Ecosystem Mapping form!

Data here and feedback collected from the mapping activity on July 28th will be used to create the Baguio City Ecosystem Map.

Our mapping activity will be on the 28th so please make sure fill this up by the 25th!

HOW TO USE THIS FORM

1. PUT YOURSELF, YOUR STARTUP / ORG IN THE STARTUP MAP
 - You only need to register yourself and your org once.
 - If, for any reason you need to fill it up more than once, then just put your name and leave the rest blank

2. ASK YOUR TEAMMATES TO REGISTER. OR REGISTER THEM
 - We want to know more than just the founders and enablers - but also the talent!
 - Your team needs to only input your organization's name.
 - No need to input the other details again.
 - Just write your organization's name and jump to personal information and the rest of the questions

3. NOMINATE OTHERS TO BE PART OF THE MAP
 - Fill in the organization and or person’s name
 - Fill in the other fields you might have information about (not required)
 - On the question "Is this you or are you nominating someone?" click on the button “I want others to be part of the map”

4. TELL US WHAT YOU NEED!
 - Don’t just register, tell us how we can help you!
 - Your inputs, together with the rest of the community will allow us to identify challenges in the community and help solve it.

Our hope is that this map, the mapping event, the recommendations and other related activities will help create an environment that enables a growing startup community

In addition to mapping and growing the community, the output of this project will be used by DICT and the national government to identify initiatives for Baguio.
