Over 40 you need to do more in order to feel good. Strength training, sleep, recovery, nutrition (both the food you eat and supplementation) become increasingly important. You need to be more mindful, plan, prep, and work harder to replenish what is depleted and restore hormone balance to reduce bloating, inflammation, fatigue, and irritability.

What You Get

1:1 Private Fitness Coaching

You will receive a strength training program and an evidence-based fitness, nutrition, and lifestyle plan with coaching that supports hormone balance, longevity, and the ability to build muscle, get strong, feel good, and thrive over 40!

Balanced to Thrive 1:1 Private Fitness Coaching Includes:

  • 3-month commitment* (*3 months minimum – a 6 to 12 month commitment to the program is strongly recommend)
  • 1 kick-off planning/prep call + 6 coaching/check-in calls via Zoom (1 every other week)
    • Kick-off planning/prep call 45 min
    • First coaching call 45 min, all subsequent coaching calls 30 min
  • Individualized Strength Training Program (updated monthly as necessary) via my training platform on Exercise.com (desktop & mobile app available)
  • Nutrition, Hormone Balance, & Lifestyle Coaching:
    • Diet Audit
    • Hormone Balance Assessment
    • 45-Day Hormone Reset/Elimination Diet (as needed based upon hormone balance assessment)
    • Evidenced-Based Nutrition, Lifestyle, and Supplement Recommendations (based upon hormone balance assessment)
    • Macro-Based Nutrition Plan with personalized coaching support and guidance to optimize your plan.
    • Weekly Grocery Shopping, Food Prep, and Meal Packing Tips

“I hired Artemis as my coach to do a personalized 12-week training program and it was amazing!

I wanted to improve my deadlift, bench press, back squat, and to get better at pull-ups, (or less crappy at pull-ups, haha) and I knew that Artemis was the coach to help me with this.

The programming was amazing, super effective, and extremely comprehensive with everything from warm-up to mobility, to all push and pull movements, and single leg work.

Artemis is a great listener and she will encourage, support, and help you to achieve your goals while delivering compassionate “tough love” to keep you motivated and help you stay the course.

At the time I was a gym owner and often felt overwhelmed by everything I had on my plate. She helped me to fit the training program into my busy schedule.  If I had a day that could not fit everything into my schedule and needed to shorten my training session, Artemis gave me options as to what parts of the program were mandatory and what parts of the program were optional.

Artemis is an amazing coach, ridiculously knowledgeable about how to get really strong and conditioned, and is always there for you to listen to you and adjust the program as you need, to fit it into your life and still be able to achieve your goals.
