“We want to make the onboarding process as seamless as possible while still giving the user total control of that process”
From our Competitive Analysis, we noticed that most decisions non-savvy users made during the onboarding, they did not understand why they were doing it, they just followed the flow. We decided to solve this by giving them coach screens whenever and wherever possible
We mapped out user flows and decided to visualize the whole process.
