Educational Partners Meetings are an opportunity for the community to learn more about SFUSD's plans to better support Black/African American students. Thank you for choosing to become an Educational Partner with SFUSD for the Comprehensive Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CCEIS) plan. 

Please complete this form so that we can plan for our upcoming events, and so that we can get to know you a little better. 

What is CCEIS?
The CCEIS plan is an analysis of SFUSD practices that will lead to strategies that improve the academic and school experience outcomes of our Black/African American students.

Black/African American children in SFUSD are disproportionately-represented in special education and disproportionately disciplined. As a result, the California Department of Education has sanctioned SFUSD. To address this disproportionality, SFUSD is required to develop a Comprehensive Coordinated Early Intervening Services (CCEIS) Plan that will change the practices in general education which result in a disproportionate number of African American students being found eligible for special education under emotional disturbance, other health impairment and discipline.
