City Colleges of Chicago is providing on-site COVID-19 testing for students, faculty, and staff.
Testing is being conducted by Northshore Clinical Labs based out of Chicago.
Test Details:
- PCR - simple nasal swab testing.
- Results are reported within 24-48 hours of testing via email and phone.
Registration Process
- Before arriving to your appointment, we ask that you fill out the form in the link below or in the QR code below to speed up the registration process.
- You will then receive a confirmation code number, that needs to be saved when you arrive to your appointment.
- The confirmation code confirms that you have filled out the form completely.

Testing Days/Hours:
Monday: 8 am – 5 pm
Tuesday: 11 am – 8 pm
Wednesday: 11 am – 8 pm
Thursday: 8am – 5 pm
Friday: 8am -12pm
Location: Wright College
