Coffee & Tea Festival: Jersey 2021 - Seminar Proposal Form
The organizers of the Coffee & Tea Festival, Starfish Junction Productions, are looking for presenters for the 1st Annual Coffee & Tea Festival: Jersey to be held on February 27-28, 2021 at the Meadowlands Exposition Center located in The Plaza at Harmon Meadow (355 Plaza Drive, Secaucus, NJ 07094).

As part of our continued efforts to promote information and resources about coffee, tea and each industry respectively, our hope is provide outstanding seminars on both days of the event as well as one-of-a-kind interactive, hands-on classes for attendees of the festival to take part in. Proposed presentations will be evaluated based on the information provided - knowledge level of topic, how informative and practical the topic will be to our audience, timing, feasibility, etc.

The deadline for submissions of proposals is Friday, November 6, 2020. Presentations that are clearly intended as a "sales pitch" for your product/service will not be considered. All fields of this form MUST be completed. You will receive confirmation of your submission via e-mail. Presenters should be prepared to present on either day (February 27-28, 2021) of the event.

If selected to present, a computer, projector, and screen will be provided along with audio equipment. Additional audio-visual and related equipment (i.e. clicker, etc.) for the presentation are the responsibility of the individual presenter. "Free festival seminars" are 45 minutes long, available to all attendees of the festival, and will be set-up theater style for 100 people. These seminars should be more informal, presentations/discussions. "Special event seminars" are one hour and 30 minutes long, are ticketed seminars available to a limited number of attendees (max. 50) and will be set-up with tables classroom style. These seminars should be interactive and more formal.

Formal notification of acceptance will be emailed no later than November 20, 2020. It is Starfish Junction's intent to announce all seminars available by the end of November. All presenters will be asked to provide an electronic version of their presentation no later than February 12, 2021.

Make sure to provide concise answers to the fields. If selected, many of your answers will be used for the event website and signage at the event. Please know if you are selected as a presenter, you will be required to provide a photo of yourself.
