Rosario Juan, CEO of Commune and an advocate of #PhilippineCoffee, will share her knowledge and experiences on choosing a location, buying equipment, training staff, and knowing what to sell to make a cafe sustainable and profitable. Tips on what works in specific locations will also be discussed plus recommendations on what equipment to buy and where to buy coffee.
