The Collaborative Community Council is a subcommittee of the AdventHealth Orlando Board of Trustees. It is responsible for approving the Community Health Needs Assessment (CHNA), the CHNA priorities, the Community Health Plans, and selecting and funding programmatic initiatives designed to address the needs identified by the CHNA through the Community Health Investment Grant.

Community Health Investment Grant
The Community Health Investment Grant offered by the Collaborative Community Council is an annual opportunity for non-profit organizations in Orange, Osceola, and Seminole counties to request up to $100,000 per year for a maximum of three years.
