IMPORTANT: WE ARE FOR PRE-ORDER ONLY AND WE DON’T HAVE CASH ON DELIVERY (COD). WE ARE HOME-BASED (NO PHYSICAL STORE). WE ARE LOCATED IN COMMONWEALTH, QUEZON CITY. WE DO NOT HAVE FULL FONDANT CAKES. WE ONLY USE MINIMAL FONDANT FOR OUR CAKE DESIGNS.

Please follow these steps to get your delicious treats.

1. Fill out our order form.
Inform us thru FB messenger (Crystal Bites PH) or IG Direct Message (@crystalbitesph) once you completed the order form.

2. Wait for your order confirmation.

We will send you an order confirmation thru Facebook Messenger or Instagram direct message. Lead time for all our products is one week. Lead time for customized cakes/orders are two weeks before delivery date. (subject to change due to certain circumstances)

3. Settle full payment and send us proof of payment via FB Messenger or Instagram DM.

Orders should be fully paid 1 week before the delivery or pick up date for security and production lead time. We accept payment via GCash, BPI, BDO or Metrobank online transfer. Details of our bank accounts will be sent via FB Messenger or Instagram DM. For cancelled orders, payment is NON-REFUNDABLE.

4. Wait for your sweet treats to be delivered to you.

Our cakes can be picked up at a certain meet up point or delivered via Lalamove or Grab. We do not have control on the handling of our cakes while in transport but we will inform the riders to handle the cakes with care.

PICK UP/MEET UP: Kasunduan Street along Commonwealth Avenue. You can also pin Pedcon Hardware.
DELIVERY via LALAMOVE, GRAB: Delivery fees should be shouldered by the customer.

5. Enjoy your goodies baked with love from our humble kitchen.

Cakes are good for 1 week or more and should be kept or stored in the refrigerator.
