Do you love steamed dumplings, potstickers, and pierogies, but think it’s just too hard to make the dough and filling at home? Good news! Chef Look is here to show you how easy it is to whip up some dumpling dough at home, just in time to celebrate Lunar New Year. He’ll also mix up a classic meat-based filling and show you a few ways to fill and seal your dumplings. Participants will also be sent home with a recipe for the perfect dipping sauce.
