Lovey Sidhu
Associate Consultant, Responsible Investment | Mercer

LSLovey Sidhu is an Associate Consultant in Mercer’s Responsible Investment practice, based in Toronto. She supports global institutional investors in understanding the opportunities and risks that key environmental, social, and governance (ESG) factors present for their investment strategies and decision-making.

Prior to joining Mercer in 2019, Lovey worked at Marsh for 4 years where she served as a consultant to multinational organizations, advising them on long- term risk financing solutions. In particular, Lovey helped clients make informed decisions in assessing and managing their enterprise risks through analytics and financial modeling. Her industries of expertise include Mining and Energy, Real Estate, Manufacturing, and Financial Institutions.

Lovey holds a Honours Bachelor of Environment and Business degree from the University of Waterloo, with a minor in Economics.

Respectful Workplace (#MeToo)

Susannah Crabtree
Partner | Mercer

SCSusannah Crabtree is a Partner with Mercer and the Office Business Leader for Eastern Canada in the Career practice. She is a fully qualified actuary and has deep experience in strategic HR consulting, specializing in the areas of leadership, governance, executive search, total compensation, communications, pension, investment and risk management.

Susannah is a member of WGOB and has a strong interest in governance – she sits as a Director for the YMCA-YWCA of the National Capital Region as well as the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health. In addition she has recently become a Trustee for the WSIB Pension Plan. She holds a Bachelor of Science with Honours from McGill University, specializing in Psychology and Mathematics.

Susannah lives in Ottawa with her husband and two children and is an avid runner, skier and outdoor enthusiast.

Dianne Morrison, CIP, CRM

DMDianne Morrison is a broker within Marsh’s Financial and Professional Services (FINPRO) Practice providing advisory, placement expertise, and product leadership for Directors and Officers liability.

Dianne began her insurance career in 1993 with a global insurance broker and has been in her current role as a FINPRO Specialist with Marsh since 1998. Dianne has broad experience working with an array of companies, including FP100 companies as well as various private and non-profit corporations across all industries. She has transacted business for clients through complex issues, including initial public offerings, merger and acquisition activity, insolvency proceedings and claims activity.

Dianne has designed programs and provided analytics to address her client’s risk profiles, thus enhancing confidence in the quality of coverage. Furthermore, she has worked to represent her clients within the global insurance marketplace to promote their risk profile and achieve complex wordings.

Active in the support of knowledge sharing, Dianne facilitates and conducts technical training, and mentors colleagues.

At the end of 2013, Dianne completed two years of service as an active member of the Marsh FINPRO Global Advisory Board, which was developed to raise the standard of excellence continually in the D&O and executive risk field.

Mark Warren, CRM
Senior Vice President | Marsh Canada

MWMark recently joined the Marsh Financial Institutions and Professional Services team as Manager. For the past three years, Mark has worked as a Client Executive within the Corporate Risk group here at Marsh. His role is to lead the practice in delivering service excellence to our clients.

Mark serves his clients by developing a strategic framework for each individual client, outlining the goals of their risk management program and delivering the industry-leading capabilities of the Marsh organization to fulfill those goals.

Mark’s 20 years of industry experience has been gained working both in an underwriting and broking capacity. He has delivered risk management solutions to Fortune 500 organizations and small/medium enterprises at various stages of his career. Mark has worked in diverse industry segments that include communications, financial institutions, aviation and healthcare.

It is this cross-industry experience that has allowed Mark to develop unique skills in risk identification and developing multiple risk transfer strategies to assist his clients mitigate their Total Cost of Risk.
