Forggith Pharmaceuticals (Forggith) is a Pharmaceutical Manufacturing company based in Germany. As a Manufacturing company, they produce medical drugs which get to the consumers through their Distributors.
Forggith provided a template for their distributors to capture records of their sales which are then sent to Forggith on a monthly basis. This data is then used for reporting and analysis by Forggith to achieve their goals Sales and Marketing objectives through tracking and monitoring of KPIs.
In their efforts to maximise growth, Forggith works with a team of Sales and Marketing pros who ensure retailers are able to get their products through the distributors. That is, Forggith does not sell directly to retailers or end-users, they sell to Distributors. But they maintain interaction with retailers, through their Sales and Marketing pros.
The HR Attrition Dashboard is a comprehensive tool for analyzing employee turnover within the organization. It leverages data on demographics, job roles, hiring trends, and salary adjustments to provide valuable insights into the factors driving attrition. Through interactive visualizations and data exploration capabilities, stakeholders can gain a deeper comprehension of attrition patterns and make data-driven decisions to enhance employee retention and overall organizational effectiveness.
In this project I took on the role of a junior data analyst for an imaginary organisation and analysed some of their datasets.

In this project I used Microsoft PowerBI to perform exploratory analysis on the sales trend of a phamaceutical company (Forsight Phamaceuticals).
Using SQL I carried out a comprehensive analysis of HR data, identifying diversity of employees in terms of gender and ethnicity.
I identified employee retention rate as well as turnover rate and through visualization showed the distribution.

This project involves the analysis and visualization of trends in the data science field including the most in-demand role, the avarage salaries across several roles and how this data science fields have fared over the past years.
Microsoft Excel and Python(Jupyter Notebook) were used for this project.
In this project I used Microsoft PowerBI to perform exploratory analysis on the revenue trend of a superstore and identified key performance indicators.

I carried out exploratory data analysis on a fitness tracker dataset focused on the Indian market, to answer some important business questions.
