Sermon Series Introduction:
Our 40 Days of Community campaign is a practical, bible-based campaign designed to encourage you to grow in joy-filled unity as you belong to a community of believers. Over the next 40 Days plan to participate in every Sunday worship service and to attend a weekly Life Group (you can find a list of the groups here). Each week of the campaign you will be challenged to practice specific “one another’s” of the New Testament. Each challenge will include practical teaching from God’s word and an assignment with suggestions to live out the “one another” instructions of the bible. Every week your Life Group Leader will end your Life Group experience with a question from the sermon to consider and an opportunity to share your experience as you completed your assignment.
We were made by God to live and grow in community. We need one another. We grow best as followers of Jesus when we are in a church family and when we belong to a small group of like-minded believers. We are better together. Growing, reaching, serving, worshiping, and belonging are not SOLO ways of living. They all require others!
Get ready to grow as you obey God’s word and experience Christ-centered community in your Life Group, learning and practicing the “One Another’s”!

According to one pastor, there are 59 “One Another’s” in Scripture.
No church is effective without practicing the “One Another’s” well. We must learn and practice the one another’s evaluating ourselves. There is little to no gain without goal setting, commitment and hard work.

If you are discouraging others, you are not encouraging them.
Use your words and your actions to Encourage One Another. Trust God with the outcomes.

Choose to add rather than taking away.
